Arike Ogunbowale

Arike She is an American basketball player who plays for the Dallas Wings, a team in the Women's National Basketball Association. She was a college basketball player for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, after which she was drafted by the Wings as the 5th overall pick of the 2019 WNBA draft. Arike Ogunbowale, born in Milwaukee Wisconsin on March 2 1997. She was the second child of Yolanda Ogunbowale as well as Gregory Ogunbowale. In July of 2014, she was selected to be a member of the USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team. Ogunbowale was also selected to the ACC All-Freshman Team for her first collegiate campaign. Kobe Bryant even thanked her for launching a series of huge shots in the NCCA Tournament. Ogunbowale is, despite being relatively new to the sport of basketball has already established herself as a star. She's sure to remain in the spotlight for a long time.
